ViewSonic VA2702W 27-Inch Full HD 1080p Widescreen LCD Monitor with DVI and VGA Inputs - Black

ViewSonic VA2702w is a 27 "widescreen LCD with 1080p Full HD resolution. With a viewing angle, dynamic contrast ratio 60,000:1, DVI / Dual VGA input, and VESA mounting option provides crisp images, flexible configuration VA2702wm . The preview display area high greatly improves user productivity when working with large spreadsheets or multiple use applications. 3-year warranty, the policy of pixels of the industry's best performance and energy saving Eco mode VA2702w make the best value for companies in the country, and education.

The ViewSonic 27 "monitor is a wonderful addition to my digital darkroom that had been running two monitors -.. One for the image and one of the tools in Photoshop with just ViewSonic Now there is not much room to work and to enlarge 100%, you can see every detail clearly. The colors are excellent. The monitor installed without any problem. Be sure to set the resolution to 1920 x 1080 native.'m using the DVI connection. As other reviewers have mentioned, no no unnecessary features and speakers. your entire investment goes to the incredible color and clarity of the screen.

Viewsonic monitor is excellent, and this is no exception. The size is perhaps the best way I've ever used. The screen is bright and clear and has no dead pixels. I see no problem with the ghost of the monitor, even with 3 ms. It has extra unnecessary accessories such as speakers or USB hubs. Basically, I'm very happy with the monitor, and recommend it highly.

These are the settings I use to work perfectly for this LCD:

1. Use the DVI rather than VGA (which simply does not work for a big screen).
2. Color Adjust -> sRBG instead of other options for sharper text (a button - Color> Adjust -> button 4 -> second button a few times - sRGB> -> button 4 -> 1 button a few times) .
3. If the text is too small for that, instead of 1440x900 (PC: Control Panel -> Display -> Settings -> 1440x900).

I tried VGA and it was very blurry to read the text. It also found that the color adjustment sRBG gave me the clarity you need for text. For the best use of a resolution of 1920x1080, if the driver supports. But I'm old and decadent vision, and 1440x900 is perfect for me.

With these settings, VA2770W is as sharp as I can download all the LCD used in the past, and provides extra space that makes reading text much easier!

ViewSonic VX2250WM-LED 22-Inch (21.5-Inch Vis) Widescreen Full HD 1080p LED Monitor with Integrated Stereo Speakers

I bought this monitor because I wanted a 22-inch monitor and do not want to spend over $ 200.

Initial impressions.

This is lightweight. Very light. I was able to keep the monitor in one hand / arm and use your other hand to define the base and connect the DVI cable and power without much effort. The base is made of plastic and feels cheap. That was my first reaction when wrapped base. Once I had it on display that did the job. This combination makes the monitor does not wobble easily sits on a solid table / table, keep this in mind. (My desktop is very tough, so this was not a problem.) Comes with a VGA / DVI, which was a pleasant surprise.

I'm a programmer.

This monitor came to my workplace and how they came immediately replaced one of my monitors and worked with him all day. It was easy on the eyes and I could see myself using this as my daily schedule monitor. He also took another look at my old Dell monitor because this monitor has a big contract and it was great. Images and text looked good on the screen. At the end of the day I realized that this monitor emits very little heat, very nice. If I had my purchase decision based on this experience, would have been a keeper.

I am researching web / print design.

Here is where I have a problem with the monitor. I'm working on a website and print designs and colors need to accurately reproduce on screen. I know that all LCD monitors change color saturation / contrast when looking at the monitor at an angle, however, I realized that when I look at the monitor directly, the color is very washed out for me not faithfully reproduce the color on the angle to produce the color contrast / saturation of the best (or close to it). Normally I would not care for him, but to look for accurate color. I played with the monitor's brightness / contrast / color and that does not solve the problem. I joked with my color settings and desktop Nvidia could not solve the problem. Finally I compared this with another LCD monitor 22 inches and more than confirm my conclusions.

Conclusion.

If you are thinking of buying this monitor for normal use, ie, surf the web document editing, watching movies, then by all means, do not hesitate to buy it is a good monitor for the price. As a regular user / programmer, I would give this monitor 4 stars. As a printer, web designer / I would give this monitor 3 stars. Since I have to use it in design mode, so I could not keep the monitor, and he returned.

I bought twelve of them for my digital arts studio. Overall I am very happy with them and even happier with the price they have excellent sales on Amazon.com.

Pros:
Solid image quality * very saturated and bright.
* Easy to use controls and disk controller (which may be required for optimum resolution on some computers)
* Indicator light a sexy little multi-colored below the screen changes from blue (en) amber (sleep) out.
* The sturdy adjustable stand easily adapts.
* Only the amount of "mate" end to annoying glare and "mirror" that some screens have without sacrificing the brightness and clarity.

Pros:
* Like most LCD screens, the colors change a bit with the viewing angle. If you are a graphic design or video editing shop with the requirements of demanding color calibration, buy an IPS (much) more expensive if you can show. (I could not afford a decent IPS screen, and this cheap monitor makes colors better than many screens "bargain" IPS).
* I think the (permanent) with large white lettering on the bottom of the bezel so boring, even though they stop noticing it after a while.
* The screen is really bright for most environments, even in broad daylight. I found the brightness to zero and is acceptable, but only because I never use the units during the night or in a dimly lit room. You may want to use the gamma correction software (like Adobe Gamma or the configuration of Windows 7) to darken the screen that controls only get the monitor.
* One out of twelve units that I ordered was dead on arrival. (Amazon quickly refunded my money.)
* Due to the touch controls on the corner of the screen, the screen shakes when used. There is a big problem (how often you use them anyway?), But a bit irritating.
* Please note that some older video cards may not support 1920x1080 resolution. This is not a problem with the screen, but make sure you have a suitable driver before upgrading any of the screens again!

Overall, I had a lot of shopping around and this is a bargain if you can get for under $ 200. I could not find anything comparable in quality at this price.
